I have technical background and my education is in the sphere of computer science and also business development. I am also very curious man and long live learner. I am a libertarian to some big extent which combined with my drive for innovation and technical advancement led to this natural match between me and blockchain technology.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Never give up, Tito! The hard work is worth it and better days are coming ahead!
What problem does your business solve?
We help and advice our client how to solve the unsolvable problems, how to get from 0 to 1 using the shortest path and still keeping the highest quality possible.

For the last few years we are working with Top-Notch companies from all over the world. We provide innovative solutions and and work on cutting edge problems.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
We want to grow more. To get more talented engineers and consultants – people that can solve technical problems, but also communicate with our client. Everything in our business is about the skills and know-have you have, but also how do you present it and how do you communicate with you take holders.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
I cannot really say. Challenges are on every corner, sometimes they are financial, sometime they are legal (because everything in the blockchain world is super unclear still), sometimes they are technical. The biggest challenge we are facing now is relates to our hiring and growth – how can we attract the high talented engineers in our company and keep them happy and engaged for the next few years.
