Mazall.com is a web 3.0 desktop and mobile application private marketplace for jewelry wholesalers.Our mission is to provide jewelry wholesalers with a single platform where they can leverage block chain technology and smart contracts to manage everything from inventory, invoicing, sale, insurance, logistics and payments.
Tell us about yourself?
I began my career as a licensed professional real estate appraiser in The State of Florida. As a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser I founded Appraisal Enterprise where I led a team of over 10 real estate appraisers to value over $1B of residential real estate.
During this time I also researched and developed the first planned unit development directory to benefit real estate appraisers and also filed numerous utility patents for real estate fraud prevention methods and co-authored the book titled “How to Prevent Fraud in Real Estate Transactions” for the benefit of the Real Estate Fraud Prevention Organization. After the market crash of 2007 I ventured into business consulting and helped set up numerous call-centers which raised business sales volume from $1mm a year to $20mm in yearly sales.
In 2015 I met with and was recruited by CEO & Founder of Franchise Creator Mr Hossein Kasmai and titled Vice President of Development and Sales of Franchise Creator where I have led the company to year over year growth and expansion to become the leading and largest franchise development firm in the world.
To date i have successfully franchised over 500 businesses and helped numerous businesses grow into franchise 500 companies. In 2020 I helped launch Combo Kitchen, the world first ghost kitchen franchise system and in just under 18 months I have led the growth of the company to over 150 franchises sold; recently ranked by Entrepreneur Magazine as #500 in the franchise 500 as well as #1 in category and Top 100 fastest growing franchises.
As an avid watch collector and crypto enthusiast, at the end of 2021, I decided to partner with my long time friend and jewelry wholesaler Mr. David Simmons in order to bring jewelry wholesaler web 2.0 group chats to web 3.0 and ultimately leverage block chain technology to enhance the jewelry wholesaler platforms which are currently utilized to transact and trade billions of dollars of jewelry sales each year.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Hmmmmm. I would definitely hedge to buy more crypto.
What problem does your business solve?
We provide Jewelry wholesalers with an all-in-one platform to manage their inventory, invoice their clients, receive royalty payments, buy and sell jewelry, insure their packages, ship and send and receive payments leveraging block chain technology and smart contracts which ultimately will assist with building a trusted community involving jewelry wholesalers and an accompanying reputation score established over time.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
My friend jewelry wholesaler Mr. David Simmons has to utilize various technologies and softwares on various platforms on a day to day basis to run his business. This inspired me to ideate mazall.com to leverage existing technology and create a new methodology to facilitate jewelry wholesale transactions and benefit jewelry wholesalers like him run their business day in day out more efficiently.
What is your magic sauce?
We’re leveraging software and block chain technology including smart contracts to create an all-in-one platform to manage the jewelry wholesale from start to finish.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
In the next 5 years Mazall wants to develop and achieve jewelry wholesale total mass market adoption of its dCommerce platform.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
The biggest challenges we are facing is finding and recruiting experienced block chain engineers.
